Tinylittle bag so don't be surprised. Has a measure scoop inside. I've had no adverse reactions, even at double load.No taste to speak of. If you've had L-Glutamine, it tastes a bit like that. Easily masked.This is not a dust, the crystals are a few mm in length.Purchased as an experiment.The product had an immediate effect brain-feeling wise each time consumed, but no real positive or negative effects over time. It may have increased my "need" to exercise, but not my endurance. If anything I felt stress a fraction more acutely. I concluded that I do not require additional histidine, so I am not a good judge of effect.Note : this may increase your histamine levels and interfere with anti-hisytemics. Know and understand what you're purchasing and it's effects. Speak to a Doctor. Don't rely on the internet or Amazon reviews.
