Extremely soapy taste- either very poor product or stale
Do not purchase!!! I do not leave online reviews often, but in this case I had to. The product tastes extremely soapy, it cannot be ignored. It ruined the entire recipe. It was mu fault though, because I tasted the cocoa before using it and I thought WOW this is so soapy, but maybe when I mix it with other ingredients it will not taste the same…let me tell you, it tasted worse!!! Then chatGPT confirmed that a soapy taste can be either due to too much baking soda in the formulation, very low quality cocoa or stale product. Save your money and time and skip this one

Charcoal only - NO Cocoa whatsoever
If I could give it a zero then that's too much for it. The label should say really bad charcoal.
