1 week after buy jar glass broken then 1 month use totally shutdown. very low quality product don’t buy

Best in the budget, miller is good, but grinder jar is so lite & thin but you have 2 means worth it. if miller jar (spare parts) also available in amazon more better.

Stopped working after 4 months.

We are really into a Russel Hobbs products 😅 we know that this is a good product and using the Blender is very easy.

I purchased it on october 2023 and it was farely used. After 7 months it blade got damaged. I try to find the service center for this company in UAE but not found. Then i checked the invoice and try to contact supplier and they provided inactive contact number.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product for daily use. Within a few minutes, it starts emitting a burning smell, which is concerning. The quality and sound of the product leave much to be desired, and I'm uncertain whether the supplier has manipulated with it or if this is the standard quality for Russell products. This is my first experience with a Russell product.

Already months I'm using it but not facing any issues.
