Is the milk used raw or pastuerized?

Hi, the label say milk, rennet and salt, so it is not specified if it's pasteurized milk. Genuine Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is made from raw milk and the long seasoning period ensure the cheese to be safe....It was one of the few cheeses that I was allowed to eat when I was pregnant too but I guess you can try to ask the question directly to the producer at their website?
