Very much satisfied with the product

Dear Customer Support Team, I have been using your product for the third time, and this time I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the diapers received. I believe the product delivered to me is defective. My baby’s urine is not getting absorbed properly and is collecting at one place, causing the diaper to swell like jelly. I usually change my baby’s diaper every 3–4 hours, so this issue is not due to delayed changing. Apart from the absorption issue, the fitting of this batch is also completely different. The tapes are positioned too low, and because of this, leakage is happening from all sides. The cutting and shape of the diaper also appear improper. I have attached photos for your reference. Before sharing this issue on social media, I am giving you an opportunity to investigate and take proper action. I request you to either provide a full refund or replace the defective pack immediately. Please treat this as a serious quality concern, as this product is being used for a 1.5 months baby’s comfort and safety. I expect a prompt resolution from your end.

I had to readjust, which felt a bit frustrating in the middle of a busy day. Also, the sizing feels a bit off — not bad, just not perfect for babies between sizes. --- Final Words: Teddy Diapers may just be a product on a shelf, but for me, they’ve been a quiet helper during long nights and busy mornings. They’ve given me confidence, and my baby comfort — and that’s more than I could ask for. Would I recommend them? Yes!!

Comfortable and affordable

Very cheap product, caused diaper rash.it is like cheap paper and polythin cover.very hard on babies sensitive skin

I have been using Teddy Diapers for my new born child. It's very soft and comfortable for new born baby and prevents rashes. Good leakage absorption, ensures sound sleep for the baby. Go for it without second thoughts. It is recommended to clean and change the diapers every 3 hours from hygiene perspective.

No rash after using this diaper. But absorbtion is poor. Felt it needs to be changed every 2 hs and more, which increases diaper cost in total and more than using premium diaper like pamper.

I have been using this product since last 2 month (used 5 pocket). This time I felt the quality of product is not good as compare to previous times. Kindly review the quality of product.
