Nach dem 5. Training löst sich bereits die Naht am Klett. Da gehe ich lieber zurück zu meinem Vorgängermodell (Fitgriff) zurück, die haben Jahre gehalten, bis das gleiche passierte.

67 yrs old and have been lifting since I was 19. A good set of wrist wraps can make all the difference between getting that new PR (Personal Record) or missing it. Just did heavy bench (for me lol) and got 275 lbs for a single. Next goal is 300 lbs (hopefully)
