Gel Heel Cups for Heel Pain Relief (4 Pack) - Gel Heel Cushion Inserts, Heel Cushions Heel Pain Relief, Gel Heel Pads Shoes Men, Support Heel Inserts Women Heel Spur Heel Cup Plantar Fasciitis

I bought these Figly Heel Cushions because I’m constantly on my feet—teaching, walking through airports, exploring Florida’s theme parks—and I’ve been dealing with nagging heel pain that flares up after long days. I wanted something slim enough to slip into my work loafers, walking sneakers, and even some dress shoes without feeling bulky, and that would actually cushion the impact rather than just add another layer inside the shoe. Honestly, my expectation was simple: immediate relief that lasts through a busy day without me having to think about them again. Right out of the package, the first thing I noticed was how light and flexible the gel feels—more like a soft brace than a stiff insert. The medical-grade silicone molds to the shape of my heel almost instantly, creating a snug, custom fit that stays put without slipping around. I’ve tried thicker gel insoles before that felt like I was walking on a pillow, but these disappear inside the shoe while still giving that crucial cushioning where it hurts most. After slipping them into my shoes, I felt a noticeable relief within minutes—standing for hours at a conference or waiting in line at Disney became much more bearable because the shock absorption actually lessens the jolt with each step. What really works for my lifestyle is how versatile they are. The two size options (Small/Medium and Large) meant I could get a proper fit without guessing, and they’ve stayed secure in everything from my running shoes to my leather Oxfords. The sweat-resistant coating is a nice touch, especially here in humid Florida; I haven’t felt any slippage or mess even after a long day of walking around outdoors. Because they’re reusable and washable, the four-pack feels like a solid value—I’ve been rotating them between pairs of shoes for weeks and they show no wear or loss of stickiness. Of course, they’re not a miracle cure. If you’re looking for maximum plush padding like you’d get from a thick orthotic insole, these might feel a bit modest. They’re designed more for targeted heel support and shock distribution than for overall arch filling, so if you need serious bulk under the whole foot, you might want to pair them with something else. Also, in very narrow or pointed shoes, they can feel a tad tight—though I’ve rarely run into that issue with my everyday footwear. For someone who travels a lot and needs discreet, reliable heel relief that works across different shoe types, these have become my go-to. They deliver on the promise of quick comfort and all-day support without drawing attention to themselves. Considering the price for four pairs, the durability, and the fact they’ve genuinely reduced my heel fatigue during long teaching days and airport layovers, I’d say they offer excellent value for money. Overall, they met—and slightly exceeded—my expectations. I anticipated comfort and some pain relief; what I got was immediate cushioning that actually stays effective from morning till night, without needing adjustments. If you’re dealing with plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or just tired achy feet from being on the move, these are worth a try.

I bought these to put in my shoe. I was having an issue with my left heal. It comes ina 4 pack so I have 4 for the one foot. I started to use this in my shoe in the spring and I still have it in there now (fall). I will probably change it soon but the cushion is still great! Would buy again but hopefully I won't have to for quite a while! Fits in my shoe great - took a few placements to get it to "stick" but nothing bad. Helps with the pain in my heel.

Works great but the adhesive does not grip as well as I expected.

Im 340lb and i tried many many inserts and this one feels tge best imo. I used them in my hiking shoes and not on my basic regular shoes and tgey feel amazing.

I like the fact that you can reuse these, but I just didn’t feel like it was actually giving me any sort of cushion that I could feel does have like a little lip at the back which is a nice touch if you’re wearing it with like tennis shoes, but if you’re wearing it with anything with an open heel, I think that that actually gets in the way, and these did not fit into some of my shoes, cause it was too wide for example it didn’t fit into my Birkenstocks well

At this point in my recovery from plantar fasciitis, these heel cups provide extra comfort and take up less room in my shoes than custom or OTC insoles. I like that 2 pair are included and I find the price quite reasonable. They might not be appropriate for all people suffering from foot problems, but I am pleased with them.

Great for Severs disease!

Good support and adjustable. However, I don’t care for the sticky back. It’s hard to take from one shoe to another, and picks up dirt easily.

ممتازه

Very bad. Not soft at all. It’s much comfortable without it

Very effective. And extremely useful.

Provides good cushioning for heel, give it a try once.
