Fybogel Lemon (Natural Fibre Drink 30 Sachets)

I’ve used this before and it works. The lemon tastes better - in my opinion. Worth a try.

I’ve been taking Fybogel Orange sachets for several years now, and they’ve become an important part of my daily routine. The main reason I use them is to help with my digestion and to keep my stools softer. For someone like me who suffers from haemorrhoid pain and occasional bleeding, this makes a big difference the softer stool passes much more smoothly, which really helps reduce discomfort and irritation. The orange flavour is pleasant and makes the drink easy to take. It mixes fairly well with water (best to stir quickly and drink straight away before it thickens too much). I usually take one sachet a day, and it’s been very effective in keeping me regular without being harsh. What I like about Fybogel is that it’s gentle and natural, using fibre to do the job rather than strong laxatives. It supports the digestive system in a way that feels sustainable for long-term use. Over the years I’ve had no side effects, and it continues to work just as well as when I first started. The only slight downside is that you need to keep on top of taking it daily and drink enough water alongside it for the best results. But that’s a small price to pay for how effective it is. Overall, I’d highly recommend Fybogel to anyone needing extra fibre, digestive support, or help with softer stools particularly if you suffer with haemorrhoids, as it really does make things easier and less painful. It’s been a long-term help for me and I’ll continue using it.

I've always used it as ut is gentle and dies the job sighiut turning hour stomach inside out! My preference is definitely for Lemon flavour

Well well - something that does “what it says on the tin” ! Started taking this without much hope but it works a treat. Nothing too explosive just just gentle travel through the system.

They are excellent for helping you go to the toilet. It just slips out with a bit of help where as before I was spending about an hour on the toilet trying to force it out. These sachets are a blessing.

Due to the many pain meds my husband has to take, he had been searching to get back to regular habits. This product was like a miracle, at least for him. He started with 2 envelopes a day, and now takes 1/2 an envelope in the morning and 1/2 in the evening - 1 a day. All I can say is things are a lot better now! It's inexpensive but takes awhile to arrive as I cannot find any distributor in the US. Worth the wait though. Just buy double so you're not without and plan ahead - 3-4 weeks usually.

Picked some of this up in a drug store in Europe while traveling fall of 2023. WOW - it works much better than Metamucil! 1 packet in the morning and 1 at dinner and my "backup logs" are non-existent. Flavor is great and you do not get any texture while drinking it. I wish I would have found this years ago.

It works, the taste is not especially my preferred one but I wanted to try. Orange flavor is much better, but that is just me. As for efficiency: Ace!
