The Tropical Punch flavor is a favorite, though it's a bit much if you mix as directed in 16 oz of water. I typically add it to 32 oz of water and it's perfect. I carry it when walking on the beach or hiking and typically have some handy when working in the yard on a hot summer day. Great way to get a quick energy boost.

This is the best flavor and I have tried many. It tastes natural and fruity. The electrolytes are great as always. I notice as soon as I forget to drink them because my skin gets so dry.

Definitely my favorite flavor and doesn’t seem to upset my stomach. Only if I drink it too fast. I also only use it in the first few days postpartum, after long days out of activity, etc
