Possibly the only Martingale for Toy Breeds
This collar is excellent for a small dog. Only one I could find that would fit a 8" neck size.

Perfect size, not perfect adjuster
Im giving it 3 stars only because this is the only mini-petite martingale collar i found that has a buckle, it would be ok, but after adjusting it all the way to the smallest which is the perfect size for my 6 lb chihuahua the actual metal adjuster ends up right in the front on his throat it is kind of sharp so it pokes right in his throat! Why would you a make a collar so careless? The buckle is cheap plastic but the adjuster had to be metal ! Also the edges inside of the collar are rough! You made a product for a tiny dog but forgot to keep in mind that tiny dog and how fragile they are. Please make a better version for small dog and remove that metal adjuster or make it smaller so it won’t poking into the throat
