No, This is specifically made to fit the v2 PDP OR PDP Pro. Holosun does make two or three other SCS's to spcifically fit with Glock and S&W I believe.

Does it work combined with a silencer since it's sitting very low ? Thank you

I do not have a silencer so don't know the real answer,and I would think it has to do with the size of your can but I can tell you its so low you can easily co witness with the low stock sights if that helps.
