Packing
Fan seems good, i founf it damaged of outer plate hanging mechanism. It is due to bad packing. Brttet use thermocol or bubble sheet to ptotection or binded the removable plate with tap

Very nice product. Energy efficient, customer service is very good .

Very Very Bad exeperiance and poor performance.
Literally, I don't like this productiona. It has faulty withing 3 months and for the warranty there is not service center nearby hence, They asked me to send the product to Delhi and then they will repair/replace. It is you know too complex and lengthy process. They must send working product first then collect faulty one but they denied to help at all.
