I’m still waiting?

At first, these were great but after about a month and a half they quit working. I contacted the seller and they promised they would send me a replacement set of hearing aids so I waited and waited and then they told me that they needed me to erase my bad review and they would send them to me so I did that. Well I’m still waiting. It’s been almost 2 years now and still haven’t gotten my replacement?

Bought these dor my mom, they worked. Sometimes you would get some feedback but wasn't too bad. Unfortunately my mom lost them

HUGE and constant feedback when trying to put them in the ear.

My wife hated them for the reasons above. Much too large for her ear and probably mine. The thing was constantly squealing in her ear. Sent them back.
