Heavy-duty and works like a charm. It's a shame I have to carry this thing from the basement to use it because it is heavy. But that is what you want, right? Had my bike up, no problem, after finding the right spot to jack it from. Ease of use, and fortunately had help finding that spot as I kept her steady and straight up. Worked as if it was made for it.

I was a bit hesitant to order this lift after reading all of the reviews. It seems some people purchased this item and it arrived with missing parts, a leaking cylinder, or a descent speed that was unmanageable. I can tell you that the one I purchased came with all it's parts, was very easy to assemble, extremely sturdy, and the descent speed was perfect. I have a huge Honda 1800 VTX that weights over 700 lbs. This lift did exactly what was expected. I am extremely pleased with this product. I suspect that there will always be exceptions, but this was not one of them. The price was very affordable to say the least, and I highly recommend this product.

With a little assembly this jack was ready to use in about 10 minutes out of the box. I have a 900 lb 1984 Goldwing Aspencade and it lifts it effortlessly. The mechanism is not perfect but it is passable. Also when re-adjusting it make sure it stays oriented with the jack piston, otherwise it gets dangerous quickly. Partly a learning curve on my end, and partly just not very good refinement on manufacturing. In addition, even on a very clean and smooth concrete floor the wheels do not roll very easily. I understand the physics involved, but the bearing surfaces in the wheels are just not very good for the weight it is rated for. Even with about 200 lbs of weight removed from the bike it is still difficult to move. However for the overall cost this does everything I need it too.

It’s On the cheaper side of a motorcycle jack. Works for now but don’t know if it will hold up over the years and seem little flimsy. The handle that lets you move the jack around , the bolt that holds it together the metal in the handle was too thin and stripped out right way and had to put a nut inside the handle to make it work. Other than that it’s worked so far. It is nice it has a lock on the jack when you have it raised.

Works perfectly! Really solid unit, very heavy-duty. And it lifted my 500+-lb. Triumph Bonneville with ease. Home run all the way!! Highly recommended. Now I don't have to roll the bike back and forth to clean the chain. (What a pain!) And I don't have to risk the bike falling over by checking the fluids while trying to get the bike straight up and down by placing spacers under my kickstand. This is an excellent value - very happy with it.

Does not work well with a honda goldwing. The bike sits low and the lift will not go all the way under. I have not tried it on my harley davidson yet

I have read all the reviews on this lift over the last year and noticed that some concerns that people had reported earlier seemed to have been addressed by the manufacture. SO, I decided to pull the trigger and so far I couldn't be happier! First I put it together in about 15 minuets without even reading the instructions (anyone who has a problem putting this together shouldn't be wrenching on anything in the first place) 2nd the pads are firmly attached to the lift. 3rd no problems with the handle, been turning the bike around in 360s so as to get the best light and access when garage door is open. 4th as you can see in my picture Iv had my bike up on it for the last 3 days steady, while giving it a Spring/Summer freshener and no jack leeks or collapse so far! Harly has one with about the same ratings but twice the price! I promise to update this if anything changes! Update 6-13 warranty info is non existent Amazon says click here for warranty info, upon doing so you get a message saying check with manufacture and no details. When you go to Vivohome, nothing about warranty that I could find CATCH22?! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!

Used for 800# motorcycle, lasted 2 years before blowing out. Several repairs done to bolts and seals at approximately 1 year. Dropped while in use several times.

Brilluant bit of kit i was sceptical it would lift my bike so i could work on it it was easy to assemble and lifted the bike high enough on the first setting to do what i needed to do it seems well built and sturdy for what i need and a great price too i would reccomend it to anyone who asked although i did manage to snap a bolt when assembling it but thats probaly beacause i like to make sure things are tight
