I’ve been using this EcoFlow power station and it’s honestly been a game changer. It charges super fast and powers multiple devices without any issues. Thanks to its pass-through mode, I can plug critical appliances (refrigerator, chest freezer, coffee maker) into the EcoFlow and then plug the unit into the wall. Under normal conditions, everything runs on house power. When the grid goes down, the unit automatically switches to battery backup. When power returns, it recharges itself and resumes pass-through—no monitoring required. I added two extra batteries and ran a full test. For two days, I powered all my food-handling appliances solely from battery: two refrigerators, a small chest freezer, a Keurig, an induction cooktop, and an air fryer. If I used my generator to re-charge the batteries for a few hours daily, I could comfortably run my entire kitchen, some lights, a laptop, and charge phones for an extended period. I’m genuinely impressed by how much energy this unit stores and how seamlessly it performs. I bought this so I can run my home oxygen concentrator when the power goes out. Yes it is heavy to move around, but being able to have it inside is a plus. As soon as it arrived, I charged it up, did the firmware update and then I put my concentrator on it with just the generator, no additional battery. I had 10 hours 47 minutes available. That's awesome. Times that by 2 and that's the power I have before zero. A good set of solar panels will keep this running at peak. Cloudy days or night, I have a generator to recharge. Total peace of mind knowing between this and my tanks I will not run out of oxygen. I wish I could give this 5 more stars. I love this product.

Very easy to operate, purchased for family member who has oxygen machine 24/7. This gives them almost 7 hrs if power goes out. Charged from wall outlet initial setup slow charge about 7 hours. Charged from solar panels worked. Ran power down to 10% to set brain of operation. This unit is 90lbs its heavy, expect a little workout moving this around. Has cooling fans whisper quite and I'm a light sleeper. App lets you run functions and check bio's from phone. Will not turn unit on from phone probably a safety feature. Amazon was less expensive than their web page. This is solidly built equipment, I'm very happy with this purchase. This unit "will not run a whole house."

Este producto no cuenta con el soporte técnico que se necesita en un aparato tan delicado. Ni ecoflow, ni el proveedor han intentado solucionar el problema que se me ha presentado: desde el inicio tuvo el error 121 al encender los enchufes y al conectarlo a la corriente sale la leyenda OVERLOAD. El botón del fusible está botado y he intentado que se me brinde alguna solución y nadie toma responsabilidad en ello.
