Excellent product value for money.. Great after sales Service.. Energy efficiency..

I decided to purchase this because of its price. This is available at around 75% of the cost of the competitors available from the reputed brands. I had installed one previously from a reputed brand. After a couple of years (just after the warranty got over), it started leaking from the inside. I procrastinated to get it fixed. The water leakage further damaged the thermostat. When it stopped working completely, I called the service. It turned out that the heating element was damaged and that is why it was leaking. I paid 50% of the purchase cost to get it fixed. Then after 1-2 years, the pressure valve got broken. When I called the service, they said that they need to replace the complete plate for this. After inspection, the engineer said that the heating element is also damaged and it may break while replacing. He quoted 75% of the original cost. So, I decided to buy this instead of fixing the old one from the reputed brand. I still had to pay visit charge :-( I got this at a good price. So, a new one at the cost of repairing the old one from another brand. It was easy to install and I installed it myself. It comes with screws and plugs for the screws, guiding tools to drill holes on the wall. The package is also good. The only thing which could be an issue is the power cord is very small. So, make sure that you have installed it at the correct place or you need to change the cord (which may void your warranty).

Good one more than 3 years I am using

1-Sep-25: Raised compliant on 4-Aug-25 as product stopped working after 1year. It took 12 days for technician to visit. I.e.16-Aug-25 and product was picked for repair Dialed technician after 7days, says product sent to company for repair. 1-Sep-25: It's now 15 days and haven't recieved the repair product. Does it take more than 1month to repair to product sold under warranty? 11-Aug-2025: updating review after current issues with product I bought 2 and both of them went bad after year.. the service is pathetic and requires log wait. Believe you get what you pay for and low price in this case turns out to be very low quality product 18-Jul-2024: It's lowest in this price segment. Not much r&d in product and so, I don't think we need tovpay premium. However, things to note No plug top is given. I have to buy plug top to fix. U have to shall roughly 50 No pipes are given. U have to shell roughly 200 for it. So if u r replacing old geysor, u can use the plug top and pipes and save money.

This geyser heat water very fast. I have using it for kitchen use. The 5 litre capacity is sufficient enough for my kitchen use. Appart form that design also looks stylish also it was very easy to install . Overall good functionality and a good option for kithen and bathroom use

I recently purchased this 3L water heater, and here are my honest thoughts compared to the previous model I owned: Design & Size: The old model was much more attractive and had a larger, more premium feel despite having the same 3L capacity. Missing Features: This new unit is missing the overheat safety pipe that my previous one had. Electrical Requirements: The manufacturer should include a 16A socket in the box. Installation: I was disappointed that no installation service

Actually i don't have daily basis requirement. it is used only few days in a months so wanted a geyser which has good specs and company but not too costly. I think this tiny geyser served the purpose. So far so good. it was very usefull even when my main geyser was not working and we used it for big family as well. Good Things: 1. Small, so easy to install. ( don't expect free instllation at this price ) 2. suffiecient amount of hot water as per capacity (3ltr). 3. Gives hot water within 5-7min, again upto its capacity. People were complaining that its gives only 3 ltr water then cold water, but that is what instant geyser do. so for proper use first take 3 ltr water , close the tap and then can wait for another 5 min. Cons: As people complaining it doesn't have connection pipes, i would say that is not a con as its same thing with most of the geysers even with big storage type as well. As i haven't used very much so can't say more at this point about th quality and long term use. I have first time purchased the Lifelong company product so hoping for best customer service ( hope don't get any need to avail it :) ) will update reviews after a long duration use, as nobody can predict how it will behave in future.

Received product in 1day delivery, no damages or wears and tears. Successfully installed using own technician ... Well the product works absolutely fantastic, hardly 1 to 2min for Hot water. People who don't know how to use instant water heater please please please follow the below steps as shared by my electrician. Step 1) Turn on the tap in a less flow(Trick :- if you need really hot water, let the tap opened up little and if you need it warm open the tap fully)Now you know the way to controll the geyser. Step 2) Turn on the geyser, let the bucket get filled Step 3) Turn of the geyser Step 4) turn off the tap It seems that people do mistake using the instant geyser like a normal geyser.pls pls plz don't do that as it is very very dangerous because of the steam that forms which might n future rupture the hose that is used and spray the hot water on you or your family members. People who don't know follow my steps mentioned above for a longer life of geyser and correct procedure to use instant water heater.
