They do work
The suction cups are good enough to get the job done, even came with spare cups. You get 4 sizes on 2 tools for the price of 1 tool. Used it on my Honda Fourtrax to freshen up the valves, easy peazy!

The rubber cups were hard and didn't work as well as they should have kind of a crappy tool actually
