An amazing coffee machine. It took a couple of weeks to work out the coffee we enjoy most but well worth it. The coffee is hot, easily adjustable aroma, size of cup and different types of coffee. It uses quite a lot of water for various rinses which are essential to keep it clean .Also a bit more work with emptying coffee grinds and drip tray but worth it for the quality of the coffee.Haven’t descaled it yet so can’t comment on that process. Wonderful machine, plenty selections of drinks plus ability to programme your own. Bonus feature is the tea making fuction - it gives you different temperatures for black, green, white and oolong tea so it is used all day long, not only for coffee making.

Delonghi Primadonna Elite Experience The steam pipe keeps popping out and I'm unable to use it, and now I have to send the machine back for the 2nd time! This problem started just after the no fuss return window had expired and it left me to the merci of DeLonghi support, who I must say have been good so far. But they don't come out to fix your machine, and they don't give you a replacement, no you have to re-package the faulty machine and hope you haven't thrown the box away! I'm still in the 1st year and I regret having purchased this top of the range, expensive machine. We're not even heavy users of the machine, we make between 4-12 cups a week between us and the coffee is very good overall. Don't but this grief machine, look elsewhere!

Bought to replace an earlier model that had served me well for many years . This machine is an upgrade and I’m not disappointed !!

I would recommend this coffee machine.

If you lower the coffee spouts there is leaking at the back that can be seen on the video the coffee is not that hot I set it to high temp, also the side of the machine gets a bit hot. Looks like I will have to send it back should have kept the De'Longhi Dinamica plus ECAM370.70sb at least that worked just no app with this model. The app on the Elite will switch the machine on and the drinks are there if you try the settings with app it just freezing all the time.

Not even a year later, the mechanical part failed. You have to be careful all the time that the water tank is full. It consumes water.

Had it for a year, at first I was about to issue a refund, the water and everything is not running in the machine at the first run and the instructions was not clear what to do, but after 6 or 7 cycles it runs and worked smoothly. For the coffee tast and quality is up to the beans you have, this machine never failed to impress me, got it in deal for 5500 sr (1460$) and it worth every penny.

If you are a coffee lover, this is a life changing appliance. Been working beautifully for the last month. Lots of options and adjustments if you want, otherwise the default settings work well. Walks you step by step every time if the process of making a particular style gets confusing. Cleans itself up nicely after every use. The standout feature of this model is that it can take coffee powder in as well as beans and that is truly unique.
