Fun project. Birthday girl loved it.
The balloons were good quality and came right on time. Just make sure to separate the large balloons from the medium size balloons. Use the mediums for the tail fin end and large for the opposite. A large one managed to find it's way into the tail fin end during the building process and stuck out like a tumor (had to be excised with a lighter). Also don't overinflate the medium ones, allow for some smaller mediums to allow for a better size gradient to the tail. Overall, a fun 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2 project. Birthday girl loved it.
