This kettle is attractive and not too big or small. I love how you can see the water plus it has a pretty white band around the bottom. The auto shut off keeps the water from boiling away. The water heats very quickly. We have 3 adults using it every day, sometimes twice or three times a day. I am buying another one now to replace the one I bought 2 years, one week ago. The little lever just broke today, so I am buying another one because it has been the most enjoyable kettal i've ever used!

Worked fine the first few time but now when its heating up it makes a constant loud sound. Not good.. esthetically nice but not quiet. Sounds like its about to fizzle out. Very disappointed. *update. After customer service replaced the first one the new one sounds just as loud. And despite taking immaculate care, the bottom of the pot continuously develops rust spots. Unpreventable. Didn't last one year!Also was charged for the replacement item by customer services despite abiding return policy. Cannot recommend

I love that this kettle is simple and safe/ nontoxic. I returned other brands and models because they came with a surprise Proposition 65 warning for carcinogens upon delivery that were not disclosed on product descriptions. This kettle does not have the cancer warning, and has safety rating certificates from Europe. The hot water only touches glass and a small silicone filter at the spout. This one is a keeper!

This kettle has been great for the last year. Until recently, my biggest beef with this kettle has been that the entire lid gets VERY, VERY hot, so if you want to refill it right away, taking off the lid requires using a barrier of some kind like a tea towel so you don't burn your fingers. It's a definite design flaw. Other than that, it's worked without issue. The glass makes it light to refill compared to our old ceramic kettle. However, just this week—about a year after purchase—I've started having all sorts of electrical issues with the kettle. It just won't turn on reliably. I've reached out to the company to see whether they'll sort out the problem quickly. In the meantime, I'm without a kettle. Not what I'd expect after just a year of use.

It was amazing for a while (and beautiful!) but then I had to stop using it because it wouldn’t automatically “click off” boiling the water. It wouldn’t just keep boiling the water until I came to manually flip the switch. Dangerous! Especially if you’re leaving it unattended, expecting it to turn off by itself.

Wonderful tea kettle-clean classy and very useful! Easy to use and clean. Used it as a gift for my mom and she highly loves it
