I suffered with injury from sport that my bicep would hurt every now and then. This bandage is useful in giving it support whenever I do anything that required the movement to reduce the pain and to carry on with ease. It's a bit fiddly wrapping it around yourself other than that I am please that I got it. It was a much needed relief

Good support for arm and easily fitted

These are ok ish splints, but rubber is abit smelly, would have preferred a lever as not easy to put on my shoulders myself. Do loosen on their own abit too, sadly as they are their for serious support, which I find not completely doing that job, sad to say.

Easy to apply even with one hand. Gives a good degree of support. In fact will be using it again for shoulder pain when I finish this review.

Great support, has a strong smell of neoprene. But does the job!

Wasn't good for me but found out I had fibromyalgia so this wouldn't be any good,for something else yes
