Groomie BaldiePro Head Shaver Starter Kit for Bald Men, Cordless Shaver

I finally found the holy grail of shaving. I've been shaving my head for many years. I tried wet shaving, foil shavers, and triple cartridges and pretty much all the other razors on the market. Wet shaving was good, but my head was irritated and the occasional cut happened when I was going to an affair and I had this big gash in my head. I always had the fear before I put the blade to my head every time I shaved. The Groomie solved all these problems. Zero irritation and as close as wet shaving. If this lasts and that remains to be seen, this will truly be the holy grail I have been looking for, I love how easy it is to take the head off to clean, it is simply a magnet all in one piece. It is very easy to clean and battery life is very good. Value for the money and East of use is fantastic. It took years, but I think I found what I was looking for and my head never looked better.

The grooming shaver works very, very well, especially for the price, it's exceptional. The self-cleaning ability of it is almost beyond comprehension. I have been shaving with a rotary-type electric razor since I was 14 years old, and I'm almost 80 now, and that is the best self-cleaning mechanism I've ever seen on a rotary shaver.

2ND UPDATE: Two months after Groomie replaced the shaver, the replacement has broken. Absolute garbage. UPDATE: Groomie finally responded, only after my posting the original review and my response to a survey from Amazon specifically asking if the seller had resolved my issue. Groomie was magically able to see the video that they repeatedly claimed was not received. The shaver has been replaced under their 12 month warranty so we’ll see how long this one lasts. STAY AWAY FROM GROOMIE!! This Groomie shaver worked for 5 months and as others have said, it started making a loud noise and the motor stops working altogether when placed against the skin. Since it is obviously out of the 30 day return window for Amazon, we reached out to Groomie for support. We initially were told it was within the 12 month warranty so no problem. They asked for proof of purchase and video showing the problem. After multiple attempts to submit the video (somehow the attachments were dropping from the emails, only 9 seconds long so not a large file) they wanted it sent to a cloud storage for access. In the last communication they said this claim would have to be processed through Amazon because they shipped it, in spite of the invoice (which we provided them a copy of as our proof of purchase) clearly stating it was shipped by Groomie and supplied by Groomie. Amazon needs to get them and their products off of the platform.

At fully charged it works great. But once it gets to about 45 -50 mins left of charge, it feels like it about to shut off. Keep it charged.

I really like how the blades come off as one and that it is magnetic. The blades are super close to to the shave guards making for a pretty smooth shave. I have found it works best with shaving cream ( I use Cremo shave cream, about the size of a nickel, literally 1 tube will last me 9 months ) battery could last a little longer I find I am charging every 3 days ( if mine goes below 30% seems to struggle. I also like that you can order replacement blades.

Battery life was good, I can shave my head with the groomie razor twice before having to recharge. I have to use the groomie everyother day if I let it grow longer I have to use reg clippers first. The groomie doesn't get as close as ahaving with a traditional blade, but it did real well. 4 months in one of the blade thingiea broke, I was still anle to uae it anyway, but eventually did wind up toasing it. Havent bought a different brand yet, have been shaving regular.

Works great dry and even better wet.

I have gone through four of these in the past year. The new bigger set of blades is too big for the motor in the groomy baldy pro. So after a couple months it will just stop turning the blades. Now I have a bunch of brand new blades and no machine to run it with. They break pretty easy. I am upset. When it works, it works great. But they never last longer than 3 months. Right now it is April and I've gone through three since December 1st. That's 3 in 5 months. I will not be buying another one. I'm sick of this. Half the time it breaks when I'm halfway through shaving my head so that sucks. And two of them I have had break two days after the 30 days. Luckily they gave me a new one but geez. I wanted to like them, but too much of a pain in the butt depending on them.

I must say the Groomie got the job done in no time, nice clean shave no bumps no scars , I found the Groomie a bit flimsy was worried it will brake the harder I pressed on it , The cleaning brush was always getting tangled up in the blade . The Groomie battery life is great once fully charged and for some reason the Groomie only comes with a charger cable and cleaning brush but no other accessories why is that ?.

Attachments in the picture are not include. This is the head shaver only, no additional blades or guards included. The shaver itself is great. But the pictures do not represent what you’re buying.

I tried 3 different head shavers. This is not my favorite. It doesn't run smoothly. Also, the battery does not last longer as it states on the display. From 90 minutes it went down to 30 minutes within couple of shaves of around 15 minutes each. For the third shave, it showed 30 minutes at the start, and went down to zero within 20 seconds of using. YouTubers are reviewing it as one of the top 5 shavers. I don't agree.

Does exactly what I wanted! Shaves my head with no hassle! Easy to clean after too.
