I love this product I used it as soon as I received it. It has everything you need to successfully wax your intimate areas. It shipped very fast. I love that it has a warmer. Please be careful because it does get really hot. I really love that I don’t have to pay so much money to go get waxed anymore I can do it from home. I recommend this product to those who aren’t afraid of getting it done themselves.

I’ve been using soft wax for years now- I’ve made my own wax, used the typical brands but it was messy so I was very excited to try this system. I prepped, warmed the wax. All very super easy to use and convenient. When I applied the wax, it pulled on my hair more than I would have liked… but when I pulled off maybe 1/4 of the hair came out? I decided to try one more time - same thing! Silly me, I decided to try it on the other armpit. My armpits have been on fire for 24hrs now, red, painful and still have about half the hair left on them so I’m going to have to shave when I can bear it. I wanted to love this! But this is going to be a hard pass. Haven’t tried it on any other body part. I have the typical underarm hair - moderately coarse, not too difficult to remove, usually it all comes out with one application

The instructions weren't super clear, but they had just enough information for me to stumble through this. I will note that it says to roll directly on the skin, but that was painful and messy. But, i just rolled the wax directly on the paper. When starting a fresh strip, make sure to apply enough wax that it has a smooth, flowing feeling when you roll the wax over it. If you don't, the strip will absorb most of that thin layer and all you'll do is painfully tug on the hairs instead of being able to fully remove them. Once I started doing it that way, it was quick and easy.

Didn’t expect much but it heats quickly and the wax is pretty good!

The actual waxing thing works fine but it is the most frustrating thing ever. Because it’s touch screen when you try and grab it to wax you accidentally turn it on or off or change temp all the time. I’ve had it for a few months and now the touch part doesn’t work but it always took messing around with it to get the temp right as the touch screen part never worked great. I can still wax with it but man do you lose a bit of your sanity doing it. Don’t do it. Get a better one for a few more $$

It takes a bit to get used to and the wax gets all over everything during shipping. Buy extra wipes for wiping everything off.

The media could not be loaded. I am happy about this purchase. I have never waxed before and for beginners like myself this product is perfect. It it cute and impactful. It removes hair easily with minimal residue. I love that it came with everything to use in the waxing process including a manual on how to use the product. The size is perfect for traveling also. I definitely recommend this product !!
