Hi - this looks lovely but is there a filter between the spout and the main part of the teapot to catch any bits from the flowering teas?

Hi, there is a central glass infuser/ strainer, with the teapot, but to get the best display from your T blooms this has to be removed. There is no extra straining facility within the spout,So far I haven’t found floating particles to be a problem, but there are some nice petite tea strainers around that could probably enhance the set, if you found this to be an issue

Does the bottom of the glass go black from the candle or using glass top cooker?

Hello, I have used it most days since I brought it (I think over a year ago) with a tea light and it has never gone black and it does keep it hot and the handle stays cool, I’ve never used it on a cooker top. I would highly recommend

There is a glass insert that you could put the flowering tea in if you wanted to but I just put it in the teapot and as I’ve never had a problem with bits coming off the tea

Lovely tea set

I bought this set based on the reviews but when it arrived I was a little disappointed. The glass looked a little thin and plasticky but after using a few times I really like it! It's nice and light and tea pours without any spillage. It holds a decent amount of tea and the little warmer thing at the bottom actually works! Tea stays nice and hot and looks really pretty on the table. Will be nice for when people come over and tea is hot and ready at the table. I've seen other tea warmers on amazon where they say the candle blows out and tea doesn't stay warm but I've not had any issues with this. It would make a really nice gift as it's packaged nicely and the blooming teas are something cute and unique and a bit of a talking point. Overall, a fab buy!

Amazing item and customer service!

Hi,I usually never intend to write reviews for the items I like. As if I don't leave the review, it means that item suit my needs. Though, this time I was so pleased with the item and customer service and I have to give them the credit. I have exidentaly broke the base of the Teapot and wrote an email for customer service if there is a chance to get a new part. They replied within less than a day and were happy to send me a replacement for free. Item quality itself is brilliant, very well made tea set and tea blooming is heart warming to watch too! Recommend it!
