Nokia WH-701 Wired Stereo Music Headset - Black

As the title suggests, I didn't think that this would be a good quality headset for the price but I got it cuz I needed a quick replacement for my lost ones (Amazon prime would be delivered the following day as opposed to the one week it would take to re-order from Nokia itself). I had planned to still order from Nokia eventually but I've not needed to since this product is still performing excellently. And as far as I can tell, there is no drop in sound quality in comparison to the ones that came in the box (and yeah, I do consider myself to be a sound-snob!). Great buy anyday.

Good headphones for my Nokia N8. Good bass and value for money. For these type of headphones i would have to pay triple the money in normal high street retailers. Well done Amazon.

I bought a pair of these in December last year and they lasted about 6 months before they started acting dodgy, which I don't think is bad considering the price. I decided to buy the same pair again, as I found that all things considered (price, sound quality etc.) that it was worth it as i tend not to look after these things the best. The bass is pretty decent if that's what you go for, however the clip on my 1st pair came off after the cable got caught on something and tugged at it. One other thing is if you knock the cable you tend to hear it in your ears. All in all, i'm pleased with the product and would probably buy them again.

this headset is exactly what you can expect for that price. It hasn't got a good audio but it works, it's perfect for calling. The real question would have to be: why does nokia produce a headphone+mic plug that's different from every other? Bose, JVC, Sennheiser, Denon....none of the headsets (with mic) by top-level audio firms works on my nokia 5800..i tried them all but my efforts produced no results..so you have to buy a headset without mic to listen to music with a good audio quality and one with mic by nokia to talk on the phone...

I wanted to replace my broken WH-701 with new one because I liked the sound quality an they fittet my ear perfectly. My previous WH-701 came with N8 and it had not the blue Nokia tag that is seen in the picture. This new-one has the blue tag and the cable feels brittle and thin. The earplugs' speaker element seems different and the sound canal is much thinner below the protecting metal grid. The quality of the headphones is very bad for music. Maybe for handsfree this might be Ok, but for music this thing has no use. I contacted Nokia about the decreased quality and they said that these headphones are made in different locations so maybe there is a change to still find some quality WH-701s but I won't be trying my luck.

these have got to be the best earphones i have owned, the sound quality is absolutely amazing. the bass is deep and heavy and the treble is not tinny, and these earphones are matched very evenly, the bass doesn't overrun the treble. great buy, great product

Lost the gel pads for the original, couldn't find them for sale anywhere. Anyway thought thought I'd take a chance on this so if it is fake I'd just use the gel pads on the original unit..Can't honestly tell much difference from the original headset.

Item was described as "Nokia WH-701 Headset" but this is not an original Nokia product. The sound quality was not as good as expected, but for the price it represented reasonable value.

Toutes les oreillettes ne sont pas de qualité. Dans le as présent ces oreillettes sont vraiment des nokia et le sont est bon, leur solidité est meilleure que les copies.

Das Headset ist eines der Besten, die ich für ein Mobiltelefon bisher gehabt habe. Klare höhen, tiefe Bässe. Ein meiner Meinung nach abgerundetes Klangbild. Die Bedientasten haben einen klaren Druckpunkt und fühlen sich beim drücken wertig an. Es gibt eine Taste für Play/Pause, je eine für vor/zurück, eine Wipp-Taste für die Lautstärke an der Seite und eine Rufannahmetaste. Diese sind passgenau und nur leicht aus dem Gehäuse herrausragend integriert. Das Gehäuse der Kabelfernbedienung ist sehr gut verarbeitet und schwarz eloxiert, nicht wie die billigen Plagiate bloß lackiert! Die Lautstärkentasten an der Seite wackeln bei Berühung nicht, die Betätigung erfordert einen leichten Druck. Gleiches gilt für die Rufannahmetaste. Telefonate über das Headset verlaufen in einer guten Qualität, sowohl für die Wiedergabe der Stimme des Anrufers über die Kopfhörer, als auch die Übertragung der eigenen Stimme über das integrierte Mikrofon. Die Flachbandkabel sind sehr flexibel und nicht starr. Auch der Befestigungs-Clip hält an Kleidung sehr gut (z.B. an der Knopfleiste eines Hemdes). Ich bin mit dem Headset insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würde es immer wieder kaufen. Mittlerweile habe ich das zweite Headset, da das erste nach zwei Jahren Benutzung leider einen Wackelkontakt am Stecker hatte -> dies ist meiner Meinung nach aber vertretbar, da ich es wirklich fast jeden Tag als Pendler im Zug im Einsatz hatte. Das Problem bei diesem Headset ist, dass viele Online-Händler leider (wissentlich oder unwissentlich sei mal dahingestellt) Plagiate vertreiben. Ich hatte leider auch ein Plagiat bei einer anderen Versandhandels-Plattform erwischt. Mir ist dies aber sofort aufgefallen, da die gelieferte Qualität nicht der entsprach, die ich vom Original gewohnt war. Nach etwas Suchen bin ich auf die Beschreibung eines Nutzers hier bei Amazon gestoßen. Dieser hat eine bebilderte Beschreibung eingestellt, wie man die Plagiate von den Originalen unterscheiden kann. Anders kann ich mir diese negative Bewertung nicht erklären.

esta resultanome un accesorio util, con diseño atractivo y duradero, propio de la antigua empresa nokia. Espero que a partir de 2016 cuando se acabe el contrato de colaboracion con microsoft, rompan toda relacion, y NOKIA resurja de sus cenizas.

Ottimo prodotto, isola molto bene dai rumori esterni ed ha una buona resa acustica, sia per le telefonate che per l'ascolto di brani musicali. Per l'utilizzo sul mio E71 ho dovuto anche acquistare un adattatore, che rende però il tutto poco pratico in quanto ingombrante. Sul cavo si trova tutto quello che serve per governare il telefono senza estrarlo dalle tasche: play, brani successivo e/o precedente, pausa, volume, risposta e chuisura conversazione. Anche dopo anni di utilizzo funziona perfettamente. Come sempre grazie ad Amazon per l'efficienza e la rapidità nelle consegne.
