Sea salt is way better for you...
Great for trace minerals. Can be used as an electrolyte drink of you don't mind a bit of a salty drink after your workout. I use it on my vegetables and steak and eggs. Perfect.. way better for you than normal table salt. It is definitely moist and won't go through a grinder well but you can dry it out. I use it all the time as I want to avoid aluminium in normal cheap salt. This will last you ages and you know that it's good for your system. Apparently some studies show it can make your system a little more alkaline also,so brilliant.. Should you buy it??? YES..think of your body people. Much love..

My dogs loved it.
I have two dogs. One with a sensitive stomach. They both liked it . I mix it with rice or chicken sometimes also. Overall I believe the product is very good. Even for sensitive stomachs. Good price excellent quality.
