Serves the purpose moderately. Got for second time. Bit costly. Not able to find a good oil pulling stuff in the market. So settled for this.

Taste is pungent
This is not very great I think plain cold pressed coconut oil is best for oil pulling purposes This one has clove etc but the overall taste and flavour is bad. Smells rancid
