At first we had problems installing this ice maker by ourselves, but then we reached out to the company for support and they were able to get us the pump we needed and ship to us at no additional cost. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Ive owned this 350lb Ice Machine for nearly a year and am very happy with it. It makes better ice than my last machine that was nearly twice as much. I would recommend Cooski products to anyone looking for a new ice machine for the home.

This ice maker worked great with very easy setup. It keeps the bin full consistently. Great ice maker for the money.

Machine is great, ice production is good but bin size is not as advertised.4 ice buckets and it's empty.Our soda machine can fit 120 pounds of bagged ice easily and four ice buckets empties this machine and only fills the soda machine half full.

We purchased the ice maker machine nearly two years ago and have used it every day in our company office. It works well, and we are happy with it. The manufacturer, Coolski, has an excellent service department that can be reached by email if any questions or issues arise.

I do not recommend this item. We bought it in September of 2024 and began using it in January of 2025 and it is not working. The ice maker is defective and get any help from the manufacturer is next to impossible. We are completely unhappy with this Amazon purchase nd do not recommend anybody to purchase this item and be out the the $1750.00 wasted on this ice maker!This is from my boss, Ryan said these are very cheaply made units and no parts are available locally. He can look at it but if it needs anything he doesn't know that we can get the parts. These are throw away makers. You cannot get any service or help with these ice makers. Shame on Amazon for selling these products!!!

Ordered for our garage to have ice for summers in the hay field. Works great. Makes ice quickly. Customer service is excellent. Had a couple questions and they respond quickly and sent videos to demonstrate.
