Chart and sticker set
I use these incentive charts for my music students. They are a great thickness and I love that they come with stickers too! I usually cut the sticker sheets in half so there's enough for more of the charts. You can also write on the charts with marker and it won't smear.

Great for tracking behaviors and setting goals to earn rewards! The cards are fun colors, and come with the stickers, allows you to see progress! Cards are small enough to keep without being obvious and annoying or drawing attention for an individual. They're blank so you can fill in what you need!
