I am going through chemo treatment and had a port placed right wear my seatbelt crosses. In the beginning it was very sore and easily irritated by the seatbelt touching it. This pillow has given me great comfort and eases my mind. It was very easy to hook on the seatbelt and is thick and comfortable. It is really easy to take off and throw in the wash if needed.
