Developed De Quervain's syndrome in my right hand. Advised by physio that I need to do some exercises involving rubber bands. These were very cheap, perfect size, excellent quality, and easy to use.

They're tiny, like toy tiny. Barely any resistance. Spend a couple of quid more and get proper ones if these are for anything other than a kid's fidget

Too small and too strong for my hand rehab post wrist surgery. Disappointed

Avoid if you are an adult, male especially, these are not designed for to fit comfortably and use effectively, they turn the ends of your fingers blue and numb! The lowest resistance band was just about usable for my wife, due to it being looser on the fingers, otherwise, look for an alternative. In addition the colour matching is inaccurate; the grey one I received was the loosest not strongest as indicated and then advert.

I bought these for my husband, they are a bit difficult to get on and off as he has large fingers but will give them a try. Good value for money.

Great for stretching to strengthen hands. Ideal if you need to keep mobility, recover from an injury or just need to strengthen hands for an activity. Simple idea and easy to use.

They are from soft to hard and work as they are intended. Not for a big handed man though.

Niet duur, en werkt effectief. Wordt gebruikt voor dagelijkse oefeningen. Ik voel wel geen verschil tussen de verschillende items ( verschillende kleuren ). Maar is voor mij geen probleem, ik zie ze als reservetrainers. Dus, voor mij : ik ben tevreden.

Ce set de plusieurs exerciseurs de doigts est l'indispensable pour une rééducation après une blessure ou dans le cadre d'un renforcement des muscles en cas d'arthrose. Plusieurs résistances permettent ainsi une progression. En cas d'arthrose, un mouvement d'étirement des doigts est indispensable. Ce lot est donc un précieux outil pour travailler les articulations des doigts. Il faut veiller à bien placer les doigts dans les trous prévus à cet effet ; après quelques essais, on trouve la bonne position efficace. A voir néanmoins la durabilité du produit pour une utilisation quotidienne.
