My 4½-year-old has been taking this MaryRuth Organics liquid multivitamin for almost two years. He’s an extremely picky eater and doesn't get a wide variety of healthy foods in his diet so having a good quality multivitamin is very important to me as a mom. What really sold me on these is the taste. He won’t even take gummies, but he actually doesn't mind the orange vanilla flavor and takes it without a fight — which is a huge win in our household! It’s easy to give and gives me peace of mind knowing he’s getting extra nutrition on days when his meals are less than balanced. Highly recommend for picky little eaters like mine!

We love Mary Ruth’s! We drop some vitamins in a juice everyday and our daughter slurps it right up! Glass bottle which we love. The color is sort of an orange-y clear. The texture is a bit like a loose syrup but doesn’t matter if you’re just dropping into juice. Smells lil oranges! We love this option for vitamin instead of the artificially flavored ones from the pharmacy.
