Review: A Great Product And Company - So I ordered 4 sets of shutters and they came 3 days later (which was Awesome!). They looked perfect just like they looked on desertcart, but unfortunately one of the cartons was damaged in transit ( one shutter damaged) . The next day (Sunday) I emailed the company's sales department with a brief message and pics of the damage. By 9:00 am Monday morning, they emailed me back that they were sending me a new one, no questions asked and thanking me for my patience. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10! I would definitely recommend this company. Review: very happy - worked out very well for me.

Good value for money, but need improvement!
Plastic screws are very low quality. They bend and break easily. Otherwise good value for money.
