Could you get a lovely knife like this any cheaper anywhere else ? I very much doubt it.
I like the light weight of this knife. I use it for chopping vegetables, it is so good for chopping vegetables like butternut squash which I used to struggle to chop. No problem now. I wish I had bought one before now because I love making vegetable soups. It has made my life so much less hassle.

I've got two!
Bought the first one a few months ago. The knife is light for the size and the blade is fairly thin, so I use it to prep fruit, veg (onion, potato, carrot, squash, swede, marrow etc), fish and the occasional chicken. It does cause me a little discomfort when slicing/ chopping veg e.g. onions with a pinch grip - but I'm talking 3-4kg veg, so maybe I'm nit-picking.It was sharp out of the box and keeps a decent edge, but then I hone my knives regularly and only use plastic/ wood/ bamboo cutting boards.I can't say it's my go-to knife in the kitchen, but it isn't that bad. Best of all, I got them dirt cheap!
