Will this turn my skin green?

I hasn't turned mine green, however, I have not worn it a lot. I have very tiny wrists and although this is adjustable, the last hole to fasten does not work, therefore, this is too big. it is a beautiful watch and it's not the fault of the maker that I have such tiny wrists.
