Lots of sand left after drinking it, WOULD NOT BUY OR RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY! Avoid!
Lots of sand left at the bottom after drinking it, probably they add some sand to make it more heavier!!!I bought tha same brand from eBay it was really good, and worked for me. But this one is awful, after taking it first time before my workout, felt sick and vomited during the training, thought it was something else, second time, same thing happened again.Tastes horrible*Didn’t feel anything, its just horrible tasting cherry lemonade, that makes you sick.Would NOT BUY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!AVOID!!!!

This creatine blend works for me
Finding my strength is up and I'm making progress. I will be ordering again! Taste is good, very sweet but most powder mixes are. I don't find it gritty or difficult to drink.

Works just like creatine should
Well good quality creatine does work as it should however, its pretty pricey. I have compared this to ON micronised creatine and the ON creatine works just as well at a fraction of the price.
