It was perfect. It is very well built. It is very easy to pump and lift 40000 pounds. In order to make it that easy, it will take a lot of pumps,and it does. You don't lift 40,000 pounds in 10 pumps. Ignore those other reviews about slow pumping. My wife really likes it. She weighs 110 pounds.

Was incredibly impressed on this one, used this tool to remove 15” bearings with ease, have completed 3 sets on bearings and going strong. Bang for your buck this has exceeded my expectations.

The jack failed after 15 minutes of use. Not sure if the problem was with the jack or the pump. The jack looked fairly substantial and well built. Returned it to Amazon. Revised review: Subsequent to my original review the seller reached out to me to try to rectify my disappointment with their product. I have returned the 20 ton jack and pump through Amazon and have ordered the 30 ton which comes with a more robust pump. Hopefully this will suit my needs. I’ll review again once I have received the new pump and have had an opportunity to use it. I am very satisfied with the customer support.

It works well and arrived quickly. it seems decent quality but has a slight leak around the pump. I would say it is worth the money when you compare prices to brand name equipment

Simple to operate. Very useful for those tricky, close situations. Worked great. Saved a lot of trouble.
