I made the decision to try this product after reading the benefits, I definitely have not been dissatisfied, I also waited and tried it before leaving an honest review. I first started noticing I was sleeping better, brain fog, memory improved, I had more energy and get up n go, I noticed a major improvement in my brittle nails, they are stronger and growing better, over all I can’t fault it. I measure the advised amount on the measuring spoons that came with it and add to my coffee morning and night, taste isn’t noticeable in coffee but I haven’t tried it any other way. I thought the jar was small but a little goes a long way and after a month I’m still on same jar and going strong, The appearance reminds you of treacle and it smells earthy but not nasty. Definitely sticking to this as loving the results

Good product, nicely packaged. I've noticed a slight boost in energy after taking for a few weeks. If I take it every day my stomach is a little uncomfortable. The taste isn't as bad as some say. Try to keep the container upright or it gets messy.

I am now on my third tub of Shilajit! I'm not normally one for supplements or vitamins etc but I thought I would try this out after reading a lot about it online. I believe it helps me in many ways, in particular my sleep and my energy levels. I often have trouble sleeping and a couple of weeks after starting to use this, I have no issues. I have energy all day and I feel generally a lot brighter. I will continue to use and purchase more. The product is well packaged and feels like a premium product. It also comes with some wooden spoons to measure the correct dosage.

seems like a good product ,arrived on time, currently using it, BUT iv read a lot about doing a burn/flame test to check authenticity, so when I did it it didn't turn to ash, it melted instead, so now im doubting how good it is, anyone else did the flame test????

So i bought this after reading up loads on it. I dont realy take supplements, only protein powder on training days at the gym. I have a very physical job and also workout at the gym. I have been lacking sleep and not feeling rested for a while. I have been taking this for some time now now and not changed diet at all (have a good diet anyway). My sleep has been so deep and waking up wide eyed ready to go in the morning feeling like a new man. Also noticed i have lasting energy with no crash throught the day even into the evening. My recovery time at the gym has shortened to meaning i have more time for exersise. Feel better all round :-) Only downside that it does taste like Shi(laji)t (lol). Not a fan of the taste at all but just mix it with less water and down it! Would recomend if you have a hectic lifestyle or want to feel more rested after sleep with more energy in the day :-)

This product is the one. I have had no issues and this is my third time I have ordered now from this company now. The taste of the product somewhat reminds me of mineral water, ie it has that metallic taste (if you get me) and has a slight sweetness to it which is quite pleasant. Majority of other shilajit, that I have tried, taste bitter with a nasty aftertaste. This product makes me feel more awake, energised throughout the day, focused and mentally clear. Overall this product deserves a 5/5 rating.
