Great Addition to a Workout.
Been using this for just under a month now as part of my regular workout and I am very happy with it.First of all the quality of the product is excellent, feels very well made and has a good weight to it. The grips at either end are very comfortable and fit your hands very well.Only real downside is there wasn't any information included that states what gauge this is (15KG, 30KG etc). It is extremely difficult to bend at first (even more so if you're not used to working the muscles this is designed for) but with regular use this will quickly build up your strength and you'll find yourself being able to do more and more.Would highly recommend for anyone that exercises or works out at home.

Tough workout!
Great piece of kit. Arrived very promptly and does what it says. Warning though...I suggest this be used as part of a regime along with other exercises & you certainly need to warm up first. I made the mistake of trying to use it out of the box, I could hardly move the thing. I use a small set of weights to warm up and move onto the twister, I'm certainly improving and the biceps are growing.One irritation, mine came with no specific instructions; although there are workouts you can view on YouTube. Just enter 'power twister'. To see these guys doing so many reps is incredible, especially when you can hardly move the damn thing more than a couple of times.Something to aim for!

Good strong Power Twister. Surprised me how strong it was for the price. Does take some getting used to.

Impossible to bend
Absolutely massive and heavy.Stiff as anything and impossible to bend.Very long refund process.Wouldn't recommend at all.

the resistance of this product wasn't written, I thought it has an average resistance but when I bought it I discovered it has a very high resistance !
