KONG - Floppy Knots Hippo - Internal Knotted Ropes and Minimal Stuffing for Less Mess - For Medium/Large Dogs

My 2 year old cockapoo loves this. I do wish Kong would stop putting labels on their toys though because my dog is obsessed with removing it. It's very tough. My dog is an aggressive chewer and it took him 2.5 hours to get in it. But then he still plays with it as it's rope inside. It's excellent quality and a very good size. It has 3 squeakers in and he's only managed to get 2 out so far and he's had it nearly a month. It's missing his ears and the labels but still has lots of play left in it. This is a miracle for him after a month! I would buy it again definitely. One of the tougher Kong toys out there...

This is a sturdy toy and good value for money , if you have a dog that chews a lot and destroys their toys it's great , it won't last in good condition for long , we got ours for Xmas and they have the squeker and the stuffing out of it but the ropes in this one are great and the dogs will have them for ages , we have terrible problems getting them a toy that lasts a day so this the 6 th Kong toy in the last year and they still have 4 of them although there hanging to bits .

So this is a very nice looking toy. It looks nicely made too. It's not cheap however at £13 - but that makes sense. Like all toys my dog gets he dissected this to get the squeakers out. I was pleased that there was two squeakers in this. There's still a fair bit of synthetic plasticy stuffing in this toy... so that went all over the floor. He pretty quickly ripped off the head to get the first squeaker out... the next day he went back to it and pulled apart the body. The ropes inside look nicely made. I would like to give 5 stars but it seems disengenuous given it was so easily ripped by my dog. But he loved it and I would probably get it again.

KONG has done a great job in creating these stuffy-like toys which are reinforced with rope throughout the inside for extended durability. Admittedly, we are on our second one now, with the first lasting months before a seam finally split in the fabric - and that was with very regular play. Our dog is just as happy with the torn one as the new one- the rope is still going strong! Easy to throw in washer. GREAT value for the money. Well done, KONG!

We love Kong toys. We have used them with our pets before and have spent a small fortune on new ones for our puppy to play with. Our pup has picked her favourite already, she loves playing with her green and white floppy knots hippo, but is never left to chew it. We were incredibly disappointed after £14 and 3 short days of play, that the stitching came undone along its back and the stuffing starting coming out. The stitching seems quite inadequate for a kong toy which normally offers a robust play. We are saddened at the state of the stitching and have no desire to keep re-stitching her beloved toy as we feel the rest of the materials will outlast any home-fix jobs. We hope that you will address the insufficiencies in this toy to stop further pet and owner disappointments.

Nice toy but only lasted 5 minutes as it has a squeaker and my terrier makes it her mission to extract squeaker out though the nose . Might as well bin it now as she is not interested, just wish toys came without squeakers.

Arrived on time and is a great success. Kong toys always last with my two small dogs.

El muñeco está muy bien quizás me ha parecido un poco más pequeño de lo que esperaba pero tiene muy buena resistencia al llevar cuerdas por dentro y no llevar relleno digamos que el perro lo coge directamente agarrándose a las cuerdas estoy por dentro y no se rompe el exterior del muñeco es decir la tela. Por otra parte cabe decir que como está hecho por dentro el esqueleto de cuerdas es un muñeco pesado entonces esto permite lanzarlo por el pasillo con una mayor dirigibilidad y a más distancia en definitiva se lanza mejor es digamos como más lanzable que un muñeco de simple peluche que no pesa.. El diseño del muñeco parece feo la foto pero en realidad cuando lo ves es más bonito combinan una casa más moderna porque el diseño es bastante conceptual..

Our little puppy loves Mr. Fox, as we call him. We had to get a second one after she tore apart the first one over several months. When she won’t stop running around and go to bed, this toy helps to distract her and calm her down. It’s somewhat durable - good enough for a puppy. The rope inside certainly helps. I’ve put this in the washing machine in a laundry bag and it gets clean, no problem.

Resistente e carino

Hält bisher am längsten der intensiven Bearbeitung meiner Terrierin stand. Natürlich wird sofort angefangen das Teil zu zerlegen und es kann auch nicht ewig halten, verstehe nicht warum sich Leute darüber beschweren. Meine Hündin kaut gerne und intensiv und hier habe ich nicht das Problem mit der Füllwatte, die sonst teilweise verschluckt wurde. Bis eine Quietsche frei gelegt wird, bedarf es einiger Anstrengung. Die Seile im Inneren sind sehr stabil und auch nach vielen Wochen ist das Teil noch gut und gerne bespielbar. Es ist das Lieblingsspielzeug meiner Hündin und wird regelmäßig nachgekauft, ich würde sagen wir brauchen im Jahr 3 Stück. Der auf dem Foto ist von Weihnachten.

El juguete le encantó a mi perrita (Shiba Inu, 8 meses) pero después de jugar a ratos 2-3 días con él le rompió una de las costuras y se empezó a comer el relleno. Como en la descripción comentan que lo que tiene por dentro son puros nudos y pensé que no tenía relleno, que era precisamente una de las razones por la que lo compré - para evitar que al romperlo le empezara a sacar el relleno y se lo comiera.
