Works a treat with the Delonghi dedica espresso machine. Wooden handle is sturdy and smooth with no signs of cracking. I bought a basket to go with this, but the one that came with this is of good quality, as is the puck screen. Very happy with my purchase.

This is great quality portafilter. It fits the Delonghi EC685 perfectly and feels very sturdy. With good quality ground coffee distributed and tampered properly, it delivers excellent shots of espresso. Very pleased with it.

Seems sturdy to me. It does splash a bit at the sides but it is working well.

Ordered one of these to use with a dedica ec685. On arrival I noticed that where the handle meets the filter there was a crack which would mean over time the handle would weaken and break off... but I could still use it. So I tried. Firstly, because I didn't grind my supermarket Nero beans fine enough, the coffee did spit and spray out of the bottom. But that is an issue with the grind size, not the portafilter (read about it or watch some YouTube vids on how to fix your extraction). So I ground finer.... Number 1 on my smart grinder pro. This time to coffee came out great! No spitting or channels, just like all the lovely videos of a good shot.... Until about 9 seconds in the pressure caused one of the welds of the ears on this portafilter to break! Piece of junk honestly. Not we'll made and certainly isn't worth £30+. Also the portafilter I received doesn't look like the picture (but it did come with the branded puck screen).

Unfortunately it didn’t fit my delonghi espresso machine and I couldn’t use it bit the quality is super,super nice ! I recommend buying it for the ones which have the machine that suits the portafiler.

Great quality product in the way that it looks and is constructed. However, the tabs that lock the portafilter into the machine are attached to the basket at a slight angle, which means that when the machine is running, it twists out of the machine (especially if the seals on the machine are slightly wet). You have to hold it in place to prevent it from effectively exploding! Looking at the design of the tabs on the original portafilters, they are flat/horizontal to prevent it from twisting itself off when under pressure.

It's nice quality and materials. However, like others, Ive found coffee sprays out at odd angles so I have to use a cup that goes right to to top so it doesn't make a mess. I think it will be to do with the holes that are drilled. This is good for the price but not the best.

I had a problem where I could not ever get a clean pour, it spurts jets everywhere even though I have experimented with grind size from very fine to course. Always the same result, drips and fine jets spurt everywhere. The seller was brilliant and provided loads of help. My issue was final resolved when I modified my de longhi KG79 grinder to get a finer grind size. Thanks to the support staff at Notsek for the constant flow of messages to help me get an even better tasting coffee.

Excelente portafiltro encaixa muito bem na máquina, tem óptimo acabamento. Não cheguei a testar o cesto dado ter já um da IMS. O filtro extra que traz é uma mais valia. Recomendo!

An excellent bottomless portafilter, fits my Dedica 685 perfectly, no loose or whatsoever. Puck screen is a nice bonus to make your coffee taste even better. Comes definitely recommended.

Ich habe vor kurzem den 51mm bodenlosen Siebträger für meine DeLonghi EC885 erworben. Ich bin begeistert von der Qualität und Leistung dieses Siebträgers und möchte euch in dieser Bewertung erklären, warum ich denke, dass dieses Produkt eine exzellente Wahl für jeden Espresso-Liebhaber ist. Die Verarbeitung des Siebträgers ist sehr gut - jedes Detail vermittelt das Gefühl von Qualität. Eine Wahrnehmung, die durch die Verwendung von Edelstahl für den Kaffee-Puck-Sieb und den Filterkorb noch verstärkt wird. Sie verleihen dem Siebträger sowohl Stärke als auch Langlebigkeit. Wenn es bei der Zubereitung des Kaffees spritzt, liegt dies wahrscheinlich an einem nicht fein genug gemahlenen Kaffeepulver, schlechter Verteilung oder an einem zu niedrigen Anpressdruck, nicht an dem Filter selbst. In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bin ich auch absolut zufrieden. Für die Qualität und die Leistung, die dieser Siebträger bietet, finde ich den Preis mehr als angemessen. Zusammengefasst kann ich sagen, dass der 51mm bodenlose Siebträger mit Espresso Puck Screen ein hervorragendes Produkt ist, das sowohl durch seine Qualität als auch durch seine Leistung überzeugt. Es ist eine fantastische Ergänzung zu meiner Kaffeestation und ich könnte nicht glücklicher mit meinem Kauf sein.

No he notado ninguna diferencia con el presurizado que trae la cafetera de serie, si acaso se puede meter una cucharada más de café… Se derrama algo por los lados, cogí el que no tiene orejas y es un poco sucio. Por lo demás la calidad parece buena, acero y mango de madera. No soy un super experto en café, pero como el filtrado es más rápido que con el presurizado supongo que la presión de mi café es menor y saldrá más flojo, pero a mi me sabe igual. Recomendaría quizás la variante con orejas para que el chorro caiga mejor y no se derrame por los laterales
