These work really well. I have lots of pens and markers. I figured the best comparison would be to do a side by side against my Pentel Brush Sign Pens as they are the closest pens. - First, don’t hold my writing against me. I’m out of practice and haven’t been using my lettering skills for over a year. - Next, I did my best to put similar colors side by side. - I think they are super similar, though obviously not exactly. As you can see by the colors, they are not the same pink, gray, etc. - the ink is juicy enough. That’s a plus. - the tips are bendy but not wimpy. Perfect for lettering. Be turn to turn your pen as you go to not make an indent that will ruin it as will any other brush pen. - the yellow isn’t great. You can barely see it. The Pentel is bad. But this brand is really bad. If you don’t particularly need yellow—don’t worry about it. It’s the only one that’s terrible. —even with the bad yellow, the price more than makes up for the difference—the other brand is so much more expensive you can buy several sets of these. Definitely get these.

Why pay more for brand name. Great and love the variety of shades. Must have for journaling, highlighting or writing cards and notes

I finally found some brush pens that are easy to use for a beginner calligraphy learner! These work amazing and the price was unbeatable! Highly recommend if you're a beginner, like me.

If your like me and looking for pens that are like the Pentel Sign brush pens w/o the price tag these do and do not live up to those hopes. These are significantly cheaper and you feel it as soon as u hold one the pens. The color saturation isn't anything like the Pentels. I'm a little past beginner in my calligraphy adventure with brush pens but don't always have extra cash to spend on pens that run out ink pretty fast with the amount of practice required. That's where these pens come in nicely. The tip is very similar to the Pentels or the Tombow fude hard pens. While they don't produce professional level results they still are a cheaper option for all the hours of practice needed to become anywhere near good. Your not gonna feel the hit to ur wallet every time 1 or all goes dry. The only color that was hard to use was yellow. I couldn't see it alone on white paper, it does a little better as a highlight or 2nd color. I was going to give the 3 stars but the fact that I was able to use them as practice pens to better my technique and did see improvement in my calligraphy when I did use a Pentel or Tombow did bump them up. I will probably purchase again to continue to use a practice so I can save my better pens for projects. At this price point you can't beat it if your getting something out of it

Excellent brush sign pens! I love them! They far exceed any fine tip markers and colored pens. They can come out thin or thicker depending on the pressure you put.

Good pens for the price. Most are juicy, and some nibs are a little less smooth, however they should hopefully soften out with use. Nice vibrant colours.

Four didn't work! Some are dried out. Would definitely not recommend. Over priced!!

These are drier than the video shows, they did not all write smooth like the video shows. 4 of the markers were completely dry. The ink colours don't match the pen itself. If you're looking for a practice set to get a feel of the pen tip this could be a good starter set but I wouldn't recommend them for much else.
