This device was faulty & I returned it for a refund but the seller refuted my claim & intends to send this defective device back to me as they state there is nothing wrong with it. It cost me £11 to return the item to them recorded delivery & I know the mobile is not fit for purpose. Since then I've looked up their reviews on line & a lot of the same type of complaint that I've had with them. Not recommended to buy from & looks like I'm gonna be stuck with a mobile from them that they refuse to accept is faulty leaving me over £120 out of pocket!

Wanted the same phone as I'd had before I'd dropped my original A53. This option seemed to be a good price. Condition was excellent, with no scratches or marks. Came in bag rather than a new box. Only small hiccup is battery not as long lasting as my original phone but I can live with extra charging. All functions work. I've had now since mid Nov and it seems a good purchase .

Good condition, had problem as wouldn't charge due to "Moisture in USB port" a Samsung warning. Seller suggested some cleaning solutions but only worked temporary, seller said return item which i didn't want to do as needed to delete all my data. Went in local phone repair shop who cleaned USB port and supplied new charging lead. Has worked ok since.

It replaced my Umidigi F1 in Feb 2023 (Bought for £135.99 in Oct 2019). It had to be replaced because the bluetooth became unreliable and would lose connectivity with my car stereo and headset, which was why I ultimately had to replace my Galaxy S5 - which is probably the best phone Samsung ever made. It was their Singer sewing machine and why they entombed the battery within. This time round, 5G was now established and a must, but the lack of a headphone socket was a real compromise. The cheap chinese manufacturers manage to put one in perfectly fine, what is your excuse samsung? Oh yeah, you have ear buds to sell that are easily lost and will go to landfill once they stop charging and then need to be bought again. There are some things that samsung do better than others, absolutely no doubt there, however, it cost over £100 more and most of that money is in the 5G part. The one thing samsung are brilliant for is the software update cycle: "... a defined upgrade path that includes four major Android OS upgrades and five years of security patches ..." That is something that the other smaller manufacturers have a lot of ground to make up on. But do they need to bother? Everyone's hardware is of a very high standard now, they all use the same chip companies for the innerds, so what can the brand names justify themselves with now? Looking forward to replacing it, but while it works, it works well enough.

El móvil aparentemente está bien, se calienta cuando hablas media hora y corta la llamada y cuando miras el correo también se calienta.
