This 1080p VP16-OLED portable monitor is nearly perfect, but it does have a few minor annoyances. One great feature is that it can be powered using only a single Type-C cable, either via USB-A or the included power brick. The stand and hinges are solid and can be placed at multiple angles, and for gaming the screen can be rotated to TATE mode using the stand, very convenient. It's very lightweight, making it easy to use as a portable, table/shelf, camper monitor. The screen cover is made of a good quality, velour-like material, but the flaps can be inconvenient to fold in place. It's held in place with magnetic clips and does a good job of protecting the screen, but it takes some time with manipulation. I like using this monitor for gaming in FPS2 view mode, as the colors look great on it. Retro gaming and Switch games look good on this OLED screen, although some gaming emulation devices with 720p output may fit better once overscan is turned on. One issue I've noticed is that when the color format is set to auto, it sometimes selects the full color range when it should be set to limited. This only happens with some devices, and you may need to be on the lookout to manually set the color format to full or limited to avoid greyish blacks. The power button and indicator are located on the side of the monitor, and the indicator is set to off by default (If I remember correctly). I think it would be more useful if it was set to on, so you could easily see if the monitor is powered on. The integrated speakers are convenient, but don't have great sound quality as expected. The audio jack is weak, but useful to have. I can't speak to the Pentone validated colors, but out of the box I think this screen will be very appreciated for photo/video professionals who care about color accuracy, as long as 1080p is sufficient for their needs. The screen is very bright and should be usable outdoors. Overall, I would rate this lovely monitor an 8.5 out of 10, but it's really an 5-star amazon product. Great screen, very good design, amazing screen for gaming and mobility, but limited to the native FHD resolution. Ich benutze den Monitor primär für Gaming mit der PS5 und Nintendo Switch und bin begeistert. Zuerst dachte ich die 60Hz des Monitors wären ein Nachteil, aber als normaler Gamer merke ich keinen Unterschied zu 120Hz. AAABER das Oled Display ist der absolute Hammer. Ich habe noch nie einen Monitor mit besserer Farbdarstellung gesehen. Selbst mein MacBook mit Retina Display muss sich geschlagen geben. Alle reden immer von 240hz und 4K Auflösung. Aber die Farbdarstellung macht den Unterschied! Dieser Monitor ist zwar teuer, aber die Leistung auch überragend. Würde ich wieder kaufen!

I'm a professional visual artist (concept artist, painter, photographer), so I'm very picky about the displays I use. I need them to have wide color gamut that's accurate, with enough brightness and contrast, and with precise detail. I bought this because sometimes I find myself needing a secondary display and I don't have enough room on my studio desk with a 32" monitor already taking up the center position. The small size and the flexibility of the stand make the VP16-OLED ideal for desks with limited space, and it has all the features I need for critical visual work. I actually even prefer the image quality of this compared to my 32" ASUS Pro Art monitor because of the nice and dark black level and strong contrast. One tip about how to set this up properly if you are not getting the nice black level expected of an OLED display. Check your graphics card setting and make sure the output range is correct, because if it's not, it'll look like any typical LCD monitor without the deep black level. That happened to me and I was very disappointed, until I figured out what the problem was.

Si quieres una oled pequeña, no encontré otra opción, y lo de pantone, no sé si sea cierto pero sí se ve bien fuera de caja. La calibré y cambió la imagen mucho, entonces no sé si tal cuál está bien calibrada, o calibrada para que se vea bien mas no neutral. Es cara a mi gusto.

Very bright, sturdy stand, amazing colors, low input lag, light weight, micro hdmi or usbc connection,works perfectly with asus tuf laptop, asus rog ally, s24 ultra, desktop gaming pc. Very impressive, one of the best oleds I've seen. No hdr and yet outperforms some of my oled hdr displays. Yeah it's expensive but in the end it was either this or a uperfect display for 300 and the uperfect was lcd. The full hd resolution is actually surprising good, I thought it'd look pixilated but no.
