Can child sleep nap in this?

How is the support for the back and shoulders? I already have back/neck problems and am looking for a carrier that has proper support.

It’s a workout for the one who carries. Use a stroller if you have back or neck problems.

The age limits are 6 months to 4 years old. 6 months if baby is adventurous and can sit up solidly on their own. Upwards weight limit is stated to be 40 lbs set by manufacturer. Make sure to strap child in snuggly. Great work out for dad, mom, caregiver!

Good idea, but not practical

It's probably comfortable for the child but not for the parent. The shoulder bits are too narrow and have many pressure points. The straps are too short to fit all size parents.
