This eSim was easy to install and worked perfectly once I got to Europe. Didn't have any issues and it worked in multiple countries. I will definitely use this again. Note I have a Motorola Moto G 2025.

The esim for outgoing call is not work on Iceland, the data ok, received call ok but not outgoing call, first of all, when I landed to airport, The data is no problem to connected, it is ready to go for use the data. However, when I headed to BSI bus stop and try to call the local tour driver come to pick me up, I found the put going call not working. I TRY to keep contact the seller, and seller keep asking me to re- setting up, try different number combinations , and also screenshot the outgoing page to him for to verification. I did everything what he said, however, still didn't work out and missed the tour of my first day, and I need to out of pocket to paid the taxi to rejoin the group. My trips was 5 days long, the seller and I used up for 5 days for keep just only setup the phone, although I very grateful the seller does't mind to keep teaching me only for setup for 5 days long, but it is also ridiculous for me because how could go wrong only for setup the esim and make the call, all I did were just follow their activate hand box for step by step to connect the data also the service carrier. If anything can go wrong, then is the instruction go wrong. I used up my first 4 days to clear the mess, but not success, the last day the seller still keep asking me to resetting. I think Really, I need to leave the country already, you still teaching me setup step. Are we should thinking out how to partial refund maybe more reasonable? 🤔 So, honestly if you going to Iceland and need the outgoing call, don't buy the card, it is really headache. Other EU may work fine, but not the Iceland.

Used this company 3 times. Every time it worked great. Used in Belgium and the UK. Easy to setup with a QR code on my iPhone. Set it up on the way to the airport.

NO STARS IS MORE ACCURATE. BLUF: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - find a reputable service. I bought 3 but could only get 1 to work as they never emailed me the required info to get the other 2 to work and one package had been opened with hand writing on it. I had used Orange SIMS and service before but their E-SIM is not ready for prime time. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH THAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. CHAT APPARENLTY DOES NOT WORK. I Ordered 3 E-SIMS from ORANGE for a European Med Cruise. One came in an OPEN box with a different amount of GB and days and and hand written numbers - not sure what they were. All required an EMAIL from Orange. But I only received 1 email so could only get 1 to work. To be more accurate it sort of worked occasionally. I talked to CUSTOMER SUPPORT before I left for Europe - but I could NOT understand the extreme accent - it was English - but we were unable to communicate so he suggested the CHAT. The CHAT wouldn't work from the US.

Data worked great. Was challenging using local calling or text. Local numbers in Lisbon and Barcelona did not work.

I bought 4 of these for my family to use during a 2 week trip to France, Spain and Italy. I was mostly concerned with navigating (gps) and communication between the 4 of us. To make our lives easier we simply used WhatsApp to chat and the Orange eSIM for our internet connection. All 4 were easy to load onto our phones before our trip and we simply activated once we landed in France. I had plenty of data for a two week trip, although I was the primary navigator. These were a great addition to our trip and made our lives MUCH easier.

This did not work at all. Set it up before leaving United States When we got to Amsterdam tried to use it and it would not work so we went to order and whet to website did everything we needed to get it to work. But nothing.

bought esim version. just scan bar code and automatically registered in my unlocked samsung Zfold 3 phone. Switched off my Verizon sim card and switched it to use esim via phone settings. Never even removed my Verizon sim! Worked in London and Paris esp for internet/data. Calling works around Europe. Calling USA didn't work.Maybe it was how the numbers were dialed. plenty of data enough for 1.5 weeks. Used data mainly for Google maps/contactless payments via android pay for subways, restaurants,etc. you can check data/minutes/text usage for free. Had 9 GB left after trip! worth it. Will buy again!

Amazon購入後、数日で全て英語の説明書が一枚とおまけの電源プラグ（日本のコンセントをフランスのコンセントに切り替えるもの）が送られてきた。メールは来なかった。しかしながら、説明書のeSIMアクティベーション（日本語対応）のためのサイトをAmazonの注文番号を入力すると、注文したeSIMの内容の確認とQRコードが得られたので、問題はなかった。日本でeSIMをインストール、パリに着いてからeSIMをオンにすると、後は何の設定もなく普通に電話、SMS、ネットが使用できた。アクティベートした事を知らせるSMSはすぐに来た。 さて、パリで電話番号付きのeSIMはとても役に立った。Navigo Semaine（空港含むゾーン1-5が1週間乗り放題）をスマホで使えるようになる。これはフランスの+33から始まる番号が必要なので、本来はフランス国民向けなのだろうか。空港までの往復だけで€13✖️2=€26である事を考えると、€32で乗り放題になるのはお得になります。ガイドブックでは写真を用意するように、と書いてありますが、スマホの自撮りで大丈夫。飛行機降りてから、歩きながらNavigo Semaineをアクティベートするまで、あまり時間かからず、ロワシーバス乗り場に到着するまでにはすべて終わっていた。また旅の途中で、航空会社に電話しなければいけない突発的な事も発生したが、電話ができたので事なきを得た。パリ滞在では必須のように思う。 総合的には非常に満足であった。

If everything goes well then it’s fine but if your are stuck and data is not working then its absolutely very very bad customer support. WhatsApp support is pathetic no one responds and keep waiting for hours yet no solution so far. I am stuck

フランス旅行用に購入。アマゾンの商品説明欄に記載がある、購入後24時間以内にインストール用ＱＲコードを知らせるメールは届きませんでした。待てなかったので、24時間を過ぎた時点で、商品説明欄のQRコード問い合わせ先にアマゾンの注文番号を入力するも、メール届かず。同ページのチャット（日本語OK）で問い合わせたところ、即座に希望のメアドにQRコードを送信してくれました。iPhoneならメール内のリンクをクリックするだけでインストールされます（androidはQRコードを読ませてインストール）。付与される電話番号は、インストールすればスマホの設定→モバイル通信→SIM設定内に表示されます。 ちなみに本来のルートでインストール用メールが届いたのは、アマゾンで注文した46時間後でした。ご参考までに。ＨＰで問い合わせてからの対応が迅速だったので、星暫定4つ。Orangeの物理SIMは以前ばっちりでしたが、eSIMは初めてで、旅行後にまた追記します。 ★追記★ フランスの片田舎でもずっと快適につながりました。フランスではやはりOrange最強です。通話ができるのも現地でやはり役立ちました。一度ユーザー登録を求めるメールが来ましたが、無視して大丈夫。インストール・設定の楽さ、使用感とも満足で星5つに変更します。

I purchased the eSIM (not SIM card). After I activated, it was not working. I could not even find a phone number for Orange to get immediate assistance as I needed help IMMEDIATELY. I was relying on data (IMMEDIATELY) so that I could navigate with my rental car and I ended up going with a different provider which worked without a problem. Credit to the Amazon seller though…I got a refund without a problem.
