I don’t know how they got the picture the model must already have a but because the pads are flat they have no form to them at all. At the end of the day I bought the cheaper ones that were half the price that didn’t do much but adding these pads to those actually made my butt look good. The instructions tell you to mold them a certain way but the inserts are foam. You can’t mold them.

Very comfortable, nice material. If you’re looking for a subtle enhancement these are the ones you want. DOESN’T look over exaggerated and fake. Gives the perfect perky look.

I need a better size.

Removable pads are too thin. Do not make much of an impact.
