I seriously love this product. I can’t take melatonin, so this was a plus when I first ordered it. Now I take it every night to help me relax and fall asleep. I have been taking this product for years now, and it still works like the first night I took it. I don’t get any side effects from it, and I like how it’s ingredients are all natural.

I have a hard time sleeping so this does a great job of helping me get to sleep and stay asleep without feeling drowsy when its time to wake up.

The purpose of this supplement was to provide relaxation and sleep improvement as well as focus and mood improvement the following day. In taking it before a bedtime, I had zero sleep improvement. This actually made my sleep worse. It did not function as described. There is zero taste to the capsule. For 60 capsules I thought it was a good value for my money. Unfortunately, for me personally this was a waste of my money. I don’t recommend because it did not work for me.

This helps on the nights when I am wide awake works for me I will keep buying because menopause is a _ _ _ _ _. This will help you out.

I purchased these to help me sleep, but unfortunately, after using for a couple days during the day, I would feel groggy and just tired. Even though they worked well, helping me sleep the next day results. I was not happy with.

I continue buying these because they work and they are melatonin-free. Gentle and effective sleep.
