Great product, works perfectly! I bought this car scanner and I’m very happy with it. It’s exactly what I needed and it worked flawlessly. It was easy to use, accurate, and helped me diagnose my vehicle quickly. Definitely worth the purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable auto scanner.

Not cheap but seems to work just fine.U need to have common knowledge of what you are doing if you pretend to just hit a button this is not he unit for you. Having said that it is i consider a good purchase

I bought this scanner to diagnose my Volvo truck and honestly it was a huge disappointment. It looks like it can do a lot when you go through the menus — tons of options, parameters, settings — but in reality most of it doesn’t work. It’s like it shows you features just for show, but when you actually try to use them, nothing happens or the info is completely wrong. Even basic stuff didn’t work right. Live data was off, parameters didn’t match the truck, and force regen was a struggle and basically useless. I’m not even talking about programming or anything advanced — it can’t even handle simple diagnostics properly. Maybe it works better on other brands, I don’t know. But for Volvo, this thing is useless. I ended up wasting time during a repair because I trusted this scanner. Definitely regret buying it.

Had issues and was able to reach the proper channels above their entry level support. And was able to get things resolved. It is a good product and I have faith restored they actually do care after getting in contact with the next layer of their team. That said the product does take some maneuvering to work for some instances and products I work with since it’s say an Isuzu engine inside a 56kw engine. What used to be getting a code generated by a field rep to clear codes I can clear it and force a regen when wet stacked by being underloaded for too long which happens frequently. Especially when I deal in brands ranging from JCB, Bobcat, JLG, John Deere, MultiQuip, Pallatek Sullivan, and Cummins. I only have Cummins insite as a factory grade software at work and this tablet honestly is by far superior to Texa and their laptop.

For the money they should cover all is made truck It doesn’t cover is made Volvo. E mail angel never got a response not impressed at al that is why it only get one star
