There is a lot of products out there that really make it hard to find the right one. If I had to describe the feeling of taking this in two words it would be "calm focus". Works very well for me with my regular meds. Alone however I can still lose some focus when bored. My adhd is inattentive...very inattentive lol. I also suffer narcolepsy so that may play into this. But I do like this product. Came thru ina pinch when my pharmacy ran out of my typical meds😑. The price is a bit steep for me vs my regular as well. Doesnt look like the pic either, but dont let that steer u away. My pills are brown not white.

I’ve been trying lots of different nootropics lately. I normally give them about 6 weeks to get a good feel for them. I’m changing to something else 4 weeks into these because they just don’t work as advertised. Wish I could get the money back for the last bottle, but oh, well. 0/10. Would not recommend.

My first day I used this with no caffeine. It wasn’t a bad experience at all. I typically need some sort of caffeine when I get off of work, but I didn’t need it. I had taken it 4 hours previously by the way. My second day using this I paired it with caffeine. This was an amazing experience. I was energized physically and mentally. As a middle school teacher, this is everything that I need. It’s a stacked formula. It doesn’t feel overwhelming. With or without caffeine this is a great product. It gives a smooth, focused mental state. I’ll be using this for teaching, preaching, and lifting. I highly recommend a purchase!

Gonna keep it as short and sweet as possible 3 caps with no caffeine: good, some days I didn't need any caffeine to focus or work which is incredible as I usually intake 2-4 cups of coffee a day. 3 caps with caffeine: great, kept the jitters and the urge to jump from task to task, or to stop in the middle of boring tasks at bay. 6 caps with no/low caffeine: incredible! Plowed through tasks, worked quickly, felt like time was moving more slowly with how quickly things were getting accomplished. 6 caps with high caffeine: Amazing! Whether it was going into the office or going to the gym, taking this with 2-400 caffeine felt illegal it was so good!

CRTX is about as solid as it gets when it comes to an effective pill-based nootropic. The large theanine dose is not my favorite and can be a bit worrisome when it comes to losing its punch, but there's plenty of brain activation going on to counteract that for the most part. For people who are trying to cut down on stimulants and make them work a bit better, this is perfect for you adding with your morning coffee or afternoon energy drinks. While the price point is pretty steep and that's a big downside, many people will be able to get away with the 30 serving dose and still be impressed. Seems like a legit company and looking forward to what else they put out.
